hey peps and calliander, what do you know about it, whwen i was pinned down under haevy fire sourounded by VC my olny friend my m16 and the bugs i was eating to stay alive. but i defended that hill i killed 39 men that day 12 with my bare hands.

it was a hot night we were on patrole about 36 clicks outside danang, i was bringing up the rear everything seemmed normal we were on our way to hill 17903 but after that night it was known as napalm ridge. we got there that night and we had to fight our way all the way to the top and when we fianlly beat down all the VC in the area with nothihg but our own will to survive and the constant reminder that we were protectihng our childens freedom and our own right to a free world the attact force hit us hard. it was a long a bloody night and the mist was thick from the rains that had no end so we couldent call in our air suppot till dawn. i lost alot of friends that night, Tex and Chicago, Willy and Hardon, at the end of the night it was just me and Christo and we could see charlie waiting at the bottom waiting to make there next attack and we radiod in and got about 4 passes from the fast movers of napalm needless to say after that night i was never the same so maybe you should think about what your saying when you get in my face about Nam from now on.
