Well, they killed Hill on the last season of Oz. Prior to that, they killed Adebisi. Adebisi was replaced by Burr and Hill is still narrating the show from the grave with other dead inmates helping.

They killed Said tonight. It'll be interesting to see, now, if O'Reilly and Beecher get it. Beecher would probably be the last, since he represents the viewer and was introduced first. Weird.
