Site Update, Short Rant

Well, first some business

Insult.org has grown a lot over the past seven months (yes, its already been seven months). The number of posts per day has increased a lot.. and hopefully it will stay that way. You may have noticed the stats page.. well, it will be changing a fair amount over the next weeks. I intend on adding graphs of number of posts. I'll do that eventually.. just be happy the stats page is there.

Also, coming soon is a bigger change. A redesign and name change. It's a tough thing to do sort of.. changing the name I mean. Insult.org will be moving to blabbing.org. The reason? I don't want to limit the site to insults and negativity.

Blabbing.org will contain the same venting, but also additional peeks at the lives the posts are about. This is really a form of communication for the group of us that are authors on the site.. I find its a good way to keep in touch with friends, and it does link other people.. its entertaining, and it has become one of the few sites I actually read (yah, I know.. I don't count, but most of my other sites i never look at). Nor is it my site alone.. everyone brings in their own ideas.

So, Sgt. Calliander will be doing a redesign. Once that's done, the site will move over. Now.. its turning into more of a portal style thing.. and there are lots of portals out there and portals do suck.. BUT I DONT GIVE A FUCK. I want a portal with what I want on it. So, the site will probably include the weather at various locations I care about (if you don't, then dont read that part of the page), plus a link to put the comics I read in a central place, etc. News headlines too. None of this will be the focus.. the focus will stay on the rants.

And as for the short rant.. if you know me, don't read it since you don't need to hear me complain:

I am sick of pain. My hands hurt a LOT. I want to masturbate daily like a normal human being.. but afterwards, I want to be able to use my hand. I want to be able to open a jar or a bottle. I want to be be able to a round door knob at any time of the day. I want to be able to hold things in my hands and carry them for more than a metre or two. I want working hands.

On top of the pain, this evening I have muscle aches in my neck and right shoulder.. I slept funny last night, and I'm feeling it now. Ah well.
