New Site Design

It was time for an update. This design was done by Calliander, but I had to make some changes. The changes I did take away some of the nice little things Calliander did (such as the coloured edging around the black). But, I had to get rid of it because this is a very dynamic site and there are some posts that totally fuck everything up.

There are a few additions still to come.. they're mostly done I just can't finish them right now.

Three new items as of RIGHT NOW are active.

1. You may notice the little icons next to each post. This was planned for the original one, but I never made icons. Calliander kindly got icons, but I didnt like the sizes, so I generated my own set... which was too big. I resized mine down to a better size. I can't really go much smaller. There are some icons which might be a bit hard to identify. There is a photo of a crowd of people (for rants marked as being about people). There is a graphic of a guy being carried away by two FBI agents for the life icon. Drunken rants get a drunk fruit fly. Money rants get some dude with a wheelbarrow of money. Sex and porn icons are obvious.
2. Under the post date is a link to get a printable version. This is something that has been requested for a while. To the left of that is a link to have the system email one of your friends a copy of the post.
3. Lastly, another long time request... a summary link. If you are tired of wading through long posts, the summary link will only show the first bunch of words. Instead of 10 to a page, it lists 20.

The things to come I will talk about later. I would like to thank Calliander again. Hopefully he might even make several different title graphics.... holiday based or just random ones for each time you load teh page. hint hint.
