We can figure out who did this, hell we probably already have. We know the specific countries that harbor members of the terrorist underground, hold training camps for them, ect. The problem is we've never had the motivation to go after them, it was never politically correct. Just over a year ago a report was done by US intelligence targeting the various Arab terrorist movements and was greeted with cries of injustice, it was regarded as anti-arab sentiment. The time for this bullshit is over, all that's left is to use our intelligence agencies to pinpoint the people responsible and demand that the countries harboring them turn them over, and make it clear that anything less than full cooperation will be regarded as an act of war. From what Bush said tonight I think that's exactly what we'll do. Bombs away.
